Welcome to Ewe and Me Essentials. We’re a small, family-owned business handcrafting sheep milk skincare in Missouri, and we’re glad you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover the use of our website and the purchase of our products. They’re written in plain English, but they are a binding agreement — so please read them before you shop.
By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, we kindly ask that you not use our site or purchase our products.
Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients. We do our best to describe and photograph each product accurately, but because these are handmade goods, the item you receive may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Colors on your monitor, natural batch-to-batch variation, and the character of real ingredients all mean no two products are ever perfectly identical.
We reserve the right to adjust our product offerings, ingredients, or formulations at any time, and to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, even after an order has been submitted. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not see or store your full card number — that information is handled directly by Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Your order is an offer to buy, and receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason — including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an inability to ship to your address. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Because our products are made by hand, orders require processing time before they ship. Full details on processing times, delivery, damaged parcels, and lost packages are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.
As handmade personal care products, our items generally cannot be returned once opened or used, for health and sanitation reasons. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or isn’t right, we want to make it right — please see our Refund & Return Policy for the full details, which are also part of these Terms.
Everything on this website — our name, logo, product names, photography, text, and overall design — belongs to Ewe and Me Essentials and is protected by law. You’re welcome to enjoy it as a customer, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our products are cosmetic products intended to cleanse, moisturize, and beautify the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website should be taken as medical advice.
All of our products are for external use only. Keep them out of reach of children and away from eyes. Do not eat our products — while our bath and body items may smell good enough to, they are not food. If a product gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Our products contain natural ingredients, including plant oils, botanicals, and fragrance. A full ingredient list is provided for each product, and it is your responsibility to review it before purchasing and using an item, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We recommend patch-testing a small area of skin first. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a healthcare provider if needed.
We love hearing how our products fit into our customers’ routines, but we make no medical or therapeutic claims about them. Skincare is personal, and individual results may vary from person to person. What works beautifully for one customer may feel different for another.
Because we use real, natural ingredients, slight differences in color, scent, and texture from batch to batch are completely normal. These variations are a sign of handmade authenticity, not defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ewe and Me Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our products will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
